About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to take ownership of their matters and work within a commercially focused and pragmatic law firm. You will manage your own files from start to finish, provide strategic advice directly to clients and drive outcomes across a broad range of commercial and property matters. Working collaboratively with the Principal in a supported and mentored environment, you will play an integral role in shaping the firm’s growth, systems and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a range of commercial and property matters.
• Preparing and reviewing shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements.
• Assisting with business and commercial acquisitions, entity establishment and structuring.
• Advising on construction, development matters.
• Assisting in commercial acquisitions and leasing transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting litigation and dispute resolution matters where required.
