Agile Coach

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze current systems and design a strategy for adopting agile best practices
• Guide teams to stay on track with agile techniques and ensure the overall strategy is met
• Conduct agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive cultural change
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization, starting with creating champions within IT.
• Design and develop training programs to ensure staff and users are proficient in the use of agile delivery methods and tooling solutions
• Analyse data, trends, and insights to identify potential process, people and technology related improvements
• Desirable Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as Agile Coach
• Proficiency in scrum, kanban, and the scaled agile framework (SAFe)
• Track record of implementing agile techniques in diverse work cultures
• Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Prior experience in the Logistics and Transport industry is a plus
• Expertise in digital technologies (web, mobile, and cloud solutions)
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and continuous integration
• Experience in UI / UX design and quality assurance
