Concierge- Shopping Centre

Our client is looking for 3 bright and bubbly individuals who can be the front of house for a Premium shopping center based in Canberra! This role will have you doing a variety of tasks from administration to organizing events! This is a very unique opportunity to get your foot in the door in the property industry, working in one of Canberra's leading Shopping Centre's.

The role

• liaising with general public, clients & colleagues
• Assisting customers with general enquiries
• advising center management of any arising issues that may occur
• promotion marketing events within the center
• Skills
• Experience in customer service, reception or concierge based roles
• Excellent personal presentation
• Good problem solving skills
• A courteous, customer-focused attitude
