Finance Manager, Real Estate Funds - Private Group

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations, you will partner closely with Fund, Asset, and Investment Management teams. This role takes the lead on financial reporting, tax, compliance, and fund operations for a portfolio of high performing diversified real estate and thematic funds, providing both technical expertise and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own fund-level financial control, reporting, NAV, and unit pricing
• Oversee fund administrators and maintain accurate financial records
• Lead annual audits, taxation, and compliance with external advisors
• Manage cash flow, distributions, drawdowns, and covenant reporting
• Manage payments and distributions within governance frameworks
• Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger financial controls
• Support leadership with board reporting, ESG, AML / KYC, and deals
