Overview
On behalf of a leading private real estate fund manager with a diversified portfolio, we are seeking a highly motivated Property Analyst to join their Sydney-based team.
This role involves supporting strategic decision-making across a substantial office and industrial asset base through detailed financial modelling, asset performance tracking, and market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial modelling and performance analysis of office and industrial assets.
- Track asset performance and monitor market conditions to inform investment decisions.
