We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-growth real estate investment platform seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Investment Analyst to support a growing portfolio of development projects.

In this broad and dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Portfolio Manager on acquisitions, development feasibilities, strategic planning, and divestments across a mix of greenfield and brownfield sites. You’ll also contribute to fund modelling, internal investment papers, and stakeholder management.

Ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in real estate, investment banking, corporate finance, or Big 4 transaction advisory. Strong Excel skills and a passion for property development and investment are essential.

This is a 12-month contract with genuine potential to convert to a permanent role.
