As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a proactive and detail oriented Events & Office Manager to support Hello Clever’s client events, global travel coordination, and Sydney office operations. This role will manage end to end delivery of expos, client activations, and travel logistics, while taking ownership of the Sydney office operations – including facilities, supplies, and vendor management to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Events & Activations
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver Hello Clever’s client facing events including expos, conferences, and partnership activations end to end.
- Manage end to end logistics, vendor relationships and budgets.
- Work closely internal teams to deliver seamless, on brand experiences.
Global Travel Management
Manage travel bookings and logistics for team members across multiple locations.Coordinate approvals, vendor relationships, and travel policies to ensure efficient and cost effective arrangements.Sydney Office Operations
Oversee daily Sydney office operations including facilities, supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships.Ensure the office runs efficiently and provides a positive, productive workspace for the team.Procurement & Process Support
Handle purchasing and procurement for events, travel, and office operations.Look for opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and manage costs effectively.Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the main point of contact for all event, travel, and office management matters.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth day to day operations.What We’re Looking For :
