This is a great opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Aquatic Services Coordinator to join the team and lead our aquatics team!
About the Role
The Aquatics Services Coordinator is responsible for the management and operation of the centre's Swim schools programs. They are accountable for managing the financial performance of the program in order to achieve the goals and targets as set out in the annual business plan for the program.
The Aquatics Services Coordinator will lead the Swim Teachers to ensure the delivery of aquatic education to school groups to the highest standard possible. This is Part-Time position (30 - 36 hours).
About You
You will have a passion for swimming and the progression of students. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun, with a flair for working with children. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure school group bookings gain maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided. You will build positive working relationships with all the schools in the catchment area who currently direct students to the centre and foster new relationships with those that don’t currently direct students to the centre.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.

Previous experience leading a large casual workforce towards business outcomes
About the Site
The Keilor East Leisure Centre will include a number of facilities that will benefit many of the local community including 50m heated outdoor pool, 25m indoor lap pool, learn to swim pool, warm water program pool, spa, steam and sauna, as well as an indoor water playground for young children.
There will also be multi-purpose rooms for health and fitness classes, gym, wellness, café, family change rooms and creche, all with a high level of regard to disability access. Thus, ensuring that Belgravia Leisure continues its purpose and mission of “connecting community to leisure” and in turn providing every member of the community the opportunity to take advantage of this incredible facility.
About the Perks
As a staff member of Belgravia Leisure you will also have access to all the leisure facilities in the Moonee Valley area, including Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Queens Park Swimming Pool.
