The Salvos are one of the largest providers of homelessness services across the country. We believe every person should be afforded dignity and respect and that no one should be without a safe, affordable, and secure home. We provide services and supports to adults and families with accompanying children in the form of accommodation, case management, assertive outreach, financial assistance, community connection and referral services.
About The Role
Join us as a Case Manager and make a real difference for individuals and families at risk of homelessness. Provide compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centred support that empowers resilience and lasting change. Be part of a dedicated team delivering hope and tailored care across South-East Queensland.
Provide over-the-phone and face-to-face intervention, triage, interim response and case management to individuals and families throughout the region. Includes initial assessment, appropriate referral with development and implementation of case plans that achieve set outcomes.
