We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Administration Officer Level 2 Talent Pool. You will provide essential administrative support that contributes to the delivery of our vision of Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone.

About You

  • Demonstrated customer service skills and high level written and oral communication abilities, ensuring positive and professional interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while providing administrative and clerical support activities.
  • Proficient in computer and data entry skills, specifically with MS Office products including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and databases.

    Vaccination Requirements

    All NSW Health workers are required to comply with the Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy Directive (PD2024_015). This includes :

  • Category A positions : Mandatory evidence of protection against specified infectious diseases, including annual influenza vaccination and tuberculosis assessment.
  • Category B positions : Vaccination is recommended but not mandatory.
  • Applicants must provide appropriate evidence of compliance prior to commencement. For detailed information, please refer to the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Policy.

    New NSW Health workers are strongly recommended to stay up to date with COVID‑19 vaccinations as per the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation guidelines. However, COVID‑19 vaccination is not a condition of employment.

    An Eligibility List (E‑List) or talent pool may be created from this recruitment episode to assist in filling future permanent, temporary, or casual full‑time and part‑time positions. Previously candidates who were unsuccessful for the AO2 Talent Pool need not apply.
