Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Assessing and diagnosing client hearing loss using audiometric tests
- Reporting assessment results and making referrals to medical practitioners
- Recommending hearing impairment solutions including amplification, implantable devices, medical interventions, and assistive listening devices
- Providing aural rehabilitation programs, counselling, advice, and information to clients and families
- Assisting with noise control and hearing conservation strategies
- Treating and managing hearing and communication disorders related to age, disability, injury, or disease
- Working collaboratively with experienced clinicians and teams
