Vertical Scope Group are continuing to grow our Professional Services Division in 2025 / 2026, and are looking for Expert , Trusted and Reputable individuals to work within our high performing, high calibre team.

We are securing highly skilled, TS PV cleared Service Desk Analysts to work with us supporting a large ICT Organisational Uplift within the National Intelligence Community.

About You

• Experience in government environments, ideally within Defence and / or National Intelligence Communities
• Prior experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting issues
• Active TS PV Security Clearance
• Canberra based
• Possess an understanding of service management frameworks
