About The Opportunity
NSW Health Pathology is seeking an experienced Support Officer to join its Asset Management team on a Temporary Full‑Time basis. In this vital role, you will provide key administrative and operational support to ensure the successful implementation and management of AFM Online – our asset and facilities management system. You will assist with procurement activities, manage data accuracy, generate reports, and liaise with stakeholders to support service improvement initiatives across the state.

Provide project support within the Asset Management team to support the implementation and management of AFM Online, including :
Assist with procurement activitiesManage data accuracy and assess asset dataGenerate reports and run reconciliationsProvide stakeholder liaison and service improvement initiativesRequired Experience
Demonstrated asset database experience and the ability to run, reconcile and manipulate significant amounts of asset data.Experience in problem solving, conflict resolution and risk management with the ability to adapt, change and cope with changing priorities.High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with staff and key stakeholders.Commitment to providing quality stakeholder-focused service and applying quality improvement initiatives to workplace practices and procedures.Proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Office, SharePoint and related systems.Additional Information
