Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Answering phone calls and managing the admin line Coordinating with contractors, moving officers, and internet providers Handling basic finance tasks, such as uploading receipts and basic finance-related administration Providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality at all times Assisting with various administrative duties as required Skills and Experience Previous experience in administrative roles Basic finance knowledge and experience with uploading receipts Strong customer service skills and computer literacy A genuine empathy for working in the community sector Must hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People Check Resilient with a heads-down, empathetic approach Ideally has experience in the NFP (Not-for-Profit) or community sector Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to respect confidentiality and work in sensitive environments
