What you will do?

Module 1 : Hypothesis-driven analysis (1 - 2 hours)

General Phones is a European market leader in mobile phones. They have engaged us to identify key issues, improve customer engagement and redesign its operational model online. General Phones has provided us with a company overview which outlines some of the challenges they are facing.

Module 2 : Customer engagement (45 minutes - 1.5 hours)

Build a focus group discussion guide for General Phones’ end users. Please submit your response as a Powerpoint Presentation or Word Document.

Module 3 : Process mapping (30 minutes - 1 hour)

Based on the as-is process map for online sales provided in the presentation below, please design the To-Be process for an online customer.
