This growth role is for a Quant‑leaning Research Consultant with an appetite for storytelling and strategy .

Work with Culture‑Shaping Brands

You’ll work with a mix of global icons and challenger brands across categories that shape daily life — Retail, Sport, Fintech, Entertainment, Financial Services, Tech.

Every project is bespoke, and every day different. Typical briefs include :

• Identifying meaningful segments, defining priority audiences, and projecting future behaviours
• Helping brands define their purpose, position, and cultural relevance
• Building comms strategies grounded in real human understanding
• Applying behavioural change frameworks to uncover social and psychological forces
• Spotting unmet needs, shaping ideas, and guiding innovation
