About The Role

Clarence Community and Allied Health are seeking energetic Level 1-2 Social Workers to join their casual pool. You will provide comprehensive and appropriate Social Work assessment and intervention as part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients / clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

• Provide comprehensive Social Work assessment and intervention for patients / clients.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team within the NNSWLHD.
