OCRT is hiring a Change Management Specialist with Workforce Intelligence expertise and a diverse range of skills. We're looking for professionals seeking to grow their career with an Australian-owned company working within the National Security Sector as part of our Canberra-based workforce. We are particularly interested in individuals with the following skills :

Organisational change management and transformation planning for Defence organisationsProficiency with change management methodologies (particularly Prosci or similar frameworks)Stakeholder engagement and consultation processes including workshop facilitationCommunication of change strategies to stakeholders and sponsors at all levelsAbility to work within established policy frameworks and governance structuresExperience contributing to collaborative teams managing sensitive workforce transitionsFor this role, candidates must hold an active minimum NV1 (or baseline) Australian Government Security Clearance. However, your drive and ability to make a positive impact are more important than the number of years you've spent in the workplace.
