We represent a leading niche law firm specialising in strata, property, construction, commercial litigation and local government regulation. They are currently seeking motivated lawyers at both junior / mid-level (2–4 years’ PAE) and senior litigation level (4+ years’ PAE) to join their Sydney office.

Property, Strata & Construction Litigation

The team is recognised for handling high-quality projects across property development, building and construction, and commercial disputes. Lawyers work closely within a small, high-performing team, providing significant exposure to complex matters and end-to-end project involvement. The practice also handles commercial contracts, trust and partnership disputes, debt recovery, and regulatory matters.

Position Description

As part of this team, you will :

• Take ownership of commercial, property, strata and construction litigation matters
• Advise and represent clients in contractual, trust, partnership, debt recovery and regulatory disputes
• Work alongside senior partners on high-profile projects with real-world impact
• Have exposure to other areas of law within the firm, providing a well-rounded legal experience
• Collaborate in a small, high-performing, and supportive team environment
