Strategy Manager

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enterprising Strategy Manager to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing strategic responses to client briefs, proactively pitching to both existing and new clients, and driving revenue growth.

You’ll work closely with the broader sales team and will report directly to the 7Red Head of Entertainment in Sydney . This role requires a deep understanding of Seven’s premium content, assets, and cross-platform products, as well as the ability to craft innovative, insight-led solutions that effectively meet client needs and align with Seven’s brand and business objectives.

What you’ll do

• Drive Total TV revenue growth across our premium content pillars.
• Lead the development of strategic responses aligned to Group Business Director groups and proactively pitch to clients.
• Conduct regular meetings and brainstorming sessions with Sales & 7Red to understand client needs.
• Build a network of connections amongst agency strategy and connections planning teams.
• Collaborate closely with Group Business Directors / leads across News, Sport & Entertainment and cross-functional teams to execute high-impact campaigns and achieve revenue targets.
• Leverage research, insights, and data to create compelling solutions that align with business objectives.
• Represent Seven at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence.
