About the role :
Registered Migration Agent (RMA) – We are growing and seeking a passionate, experienced professional ready to take full ownership of their caseload and deliver a genuinely exceptional, highly personalised migration experience to clients.
Preferably Part-Time (3 days a week) or Full-time considered for the right candidate.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on skilled migration, state nominations, partner, parent, graduate, student, skills assessment applications, some employer-sponsored visas and related immigration issues such as reviews, refusals / cancellations and compliance.
- Meeting with new & existing clients to provide strategic advice and develop effective immigration pathways in both in-person and online consultations
- You will work directly with the Principal Migration Agent, Immigration Director, and the broader teams on business projects and continuous improvement and have the support of a dedicated Case Manager and an admin team member to efficiently handle the case load
- Taking full ownership of caseload and effectively prepare and lodge high-quality, decision-ready and technically accurate applications and communicate with the relevant authorities until an outcome
- Preparation of responses to Requests for Further Information, and writing quality RMA submissions
- Be accountable for maintaining up-to-date client records, compliance with the Code of Conduct, in Migration Manager
- Meet and exceed KRAs and KPI’s and maintain open communication with Founder and Immigration Director
