• The Role :
• CPA are seeking resilient, client-focused and confident Disability Support professionals to support our wonderful clients in a group SIL house in Hornsby Heights. The role includes :
• Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
• Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
• Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access.
• Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.

• Requirements :
