Great culture with long tenure to staff Key Requirements Proven experience in similar management level positions. Residential construction industry experience is desirable but not essential. Experience managing and motivating teams ensuring accountability and smooth workflow. The ability to network and establish key relationships with local real estate agents, key clients and developers etc. A can do and problem-solving attitude. Having established themselves as a leader in the industry backed by a stellar reputation and a focus on a collaborative approach, they excel at building excellent homes. They are now looking to hire a Regional Manager for their mid-west region overseeing a team of seven.
