Rundown of ResponsibilitiesYou will have accountability for a network of 11 stores across metro WA and only a couple of regional stores; with more to open this year.Your purpose will be to partner and support the stores to continually sharpen and strengthen their performanceThis will involve coaching the store leaders across every operational aspect of store performance including sales, customer service, inventory management, brand standards, marketing and promotional execution and compliance; ensuring that the "how" is in line with the vision and values of the companyYou will regularly review and develop business plans and budgets, monitoring performance against KPIs and agreed improvement objectivesYou will also support new store openings, relocations and refurbishmentsWhat it TakesRetail multi-site operations management experienceDemonstrated understanding of Retail success drivers such as sales, customer service, inventory management, VM, brand standards, marketing and promotional executionWhat we are looking for here is the proven ability to influence outcomes without authorityBring your Retail experience, commercial thinking and relationship-building prowess together in a role where you can make a tangible differenceA personal interest orsignificant experience within Hardgoodsversus FMCG or Fashion related industriesEnjoy the autonomy to manage your workload and time accordingly with your sound time management skillsHappy to have a discussion from the 23rd of November, I am taking some leave;please note I am Melbourne based WA peopleso please do the math with the time difference.Lisa CanningDirector atTalent Effect0402 507 866.
