We are seeking a strong litigator to join the practice, construction experience is desirable.

Working with our reputable Partners Dale Brackin and Frazer Moss, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to a market recognised, high performing practice. We act on major government infrastructure projects and a range of private sector projects across Australia, particularly in the procurement and transport sectors. You will be exposed to complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, ensuring a seamless service to our clients.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have :

Minimum 4 years PQE with solid dispute resolution experience. Construction experience is desirableThe ability to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional service to our clientsA proactive approach to your work and mentoring junior staffThe ability to interact confidently with our clients and build meaningful relationshipsThe desire to work as part of close-knit, collaborative and high-performing teamIn our Major Projects and Construction practice, you will find : You are part of a team and community at the forefront of development of construction law in AustraliaPartners with collaborative and supportive leadership styles, with a genuine understanding of how to balance high performance with a down-to-earth and pragmatic approach to work and lifeThe ability to learn from leaders in the industry, working on some of the largest and most high-profile projects and procurements in the countryThe opportunity to challenge yourself with exposure to a variety of different clients and matters, across various industry sectors#LI-JS
