About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to provide high-level administrative and customer service support for the City’s Swimming Pool and Spa Inspection Program. In this role, you’ll ensure the effective scheduling, coordination, and recordkeeping of inspections to support community safety and compliance. Your role will also include the following.
This position reports to the Service Lead Development Compliance and plays a key role in supporting our community to remain safe, enjoyable and compliant.
About you
We’re seeking someone with well-developed written and verbal communication skills, proven customer service experience and strong time management and organisational abilities. You will also demonstrate attention to detail and sound recordkeeping skills.
Besides demonstrated experience, you’ll need to have the following.
Salary
Starting from Level Three Step 1– Step 4 ($77,467.20 - $82,766.14, pro-rata basis) City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025 based on qualification and experience.
