We are looking for a Senior Manager with an interest in Real Estate to join the team – someone with experience with corporate clients and the drive to join an energetic team.

Responsibilities

• Structuring, with a particular focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts
• Tax due diligence and transaction document review
• Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing and / or reviewing of trust and company tax returns
• Research and analyse technical tax issues
• Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
• Support with business development initiatives and proposals
• Mentor, develop and lead teams
