We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Victorian Land Lease Communities team at Stockland. This is a chance for an experienced property marketing professional, or skilled marketer with an interest in property, to make a real difference in how people discover, connect with, and ultimately call our over 55 community’s home.

Working as part of state team, you'll lead marketing for developments in Melbourne’s southeast region. Your work will directly influence how well these projects perform by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that genuinely connects with people and drives results. What you'll do :

• Make Marketing That Matters
• Use data, analysis and customer insights to develop campaigns that inspire action. Your strategies, content and communication will turn interest into engagement and prospects into proud homeowners by highlighting what makes our communities unique.
• Drive Real Results
• Be the engine behind our sales success. You will collaborate and Partner and act as the marketing voice across the business. Through smart local marketing, you’ll attract quality leads, build trust, and help buyers make confident decisions. When targets are met, you’ll know your work made the difference.
• Create Happy Customers
• Influence the entire customer journey- from first impression to long after move-in. Happy customers become advocates, helping our communities grow through word-of-mouth.
• Build Communities People Love
• Promote more than homes - promote belonging. Your work will spotlight initiatives that foster connection, pride, and a true sense of home.
