Job description1-3 years’ experience in a similar role providing advice and consultation on workplace relations matters (including in‑house HR Business Partners). Knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Award framework. A pragmatic and commercial approach to providing advice (both written and verbally). Formal qualifications in Law or HR are desirable. Ability to work in a fast‑paced and client‑centric environment. Self‑motivated with a desire to be the best practitioner you can be.

The Role
As a consultant you will manage our clients’ ER and IR issues. You will :
- Consult with clients over the phone, reviewing and drafting contracts, policies, and workplace procedures.
- Case‑manage employment issues such as restructures, redundancies, disciplinary processes, terminations, and other HR matters.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with clients and partner with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
