Dental Receptionist / Administrator

We are looking for a superstar Dental Receptionist for a Full Time position in our busy dental clinic.

• Responsibilities
• Guide patients through their treatment plans.
• Liaise with patients and co-ordinate treatment & finance.
• Answer incoming calls, scheduling & managing appointments using dental software (knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential).
• Verify patient insurance, update records & collect payments.
• Manage patient workflow & treatment.
• Requirements
• Experience in a dental setting.
• Knowledge of dental software preferred, especially D4W.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• 25.00 - $35.00 per hour
