Step into a pivotal leadership role with one of Australia's most respected aged care providers. We're seeking a Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care and clinical services across multiple modern retirement villages in South Brisbane.

You'll lead and support a team of Registered Nurses, drive the effective management of Home Care Packages, and contribute to a positive transition for residents returning to independent living. This is a unique opportunity to work across several brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities with a strong sense of community and support.
