About the Role
The Case Manager role within Family Services supports Aboriginal children and families referred to VACCA, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Guided by cultural values and the spirit of self‑determination, the Case Manager walks alongside families, helping them share their stories in their own way. Through trauma‑informed and culturally safe practices, the role fosters healing, connection, and empowerment.
About You
The role supports Aboriginal families through culturally grounded outreach, healing on Country, and trauma‑informed engagement. It empowers parents through mentoring, connection to culture, and respectful collaboration, fostering resilience, safety, and self‑determination.
