About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Handyperson to join our property maintenance team. In this physical role, you will proactively move around the resort undertaking various general maintenance tasks and repairs to keep the resort property in great condition, which includes our cabins, caravan & camping sites, property grounds, pool, children’s playground, camp kitchen, laundry facilities and more.

As a Handyperson, your key responsibilities include :

• Carry out general day to day property & building maintenance & repairs, painting, pool maintenance, general plumbing / drainage, water system, air-conditioning split systems maintenance, gardening & landscaping, planting, mowing & general cleaning
• Operating the tractor to move caravans on / off site & through the resort, drive company vehicles and truck (under 12 tonne)
• Use tools, equipment and maintain OHS standards adhering to policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and tidy work space

This role is casual, with flexibility required to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays. Start & finish times may vary, depending on the business needs.
