Scope : This role would exclusively provide IP support to the DCE. In the period where baseline documents, third party and background data is required by a number of subcontractors or other engagements, there will be a considerable workload. Pre-empting this workload and developing a framework for the DCE in terms of IP can commence now. A map of documentation required, parties and contract terms would flag requirements prior to transfer dates and address risk in advance.

Tasks include the review of tech data requests from an IP perspective,

Cataloguing technical documentation required in advance, which contract it was delivered under and what the terms are,

Understanding receiving organisation contracts, measures in place and ensuring requirements for likely info are met in advance,

Auditing IP compliance,

Reviewing IP deliverables such as the technical data list for CEIP and TDSRs.

Experience requirements :

Expertise with ASDEFCON, working level experience drafting, managing, interpreting ASDEFCON clauses. 5+ years.

IP experience and understanding of legacy and new frameworks is desirable.
