This pivotal role acts as a key advisor to senior leadership, translating complex consumer behaviours into actionable strategies that drive business performance and customer experience.
About the Role
- Lead and manage 360‑degree insight generation by leveraging primary and secondary research methodologies, collaborating closely with Commercial, Business Planning, Retention, E‑commerce, Direct Retail, and Care teams.
- Conduct sophisticated analyses to enhance customer experience and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Translate consumer data into clear commercial actions, presenting insights regularly to key stakeholders.
- Drive best‑in‑class analytics, accelerating digital analytics and predictive modeling capabilities.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert in consumer research and analytics.
- Design, brief, and deliver market foresights to enable faster, more informed business decisions.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques including root‑cause analysis, data mining, and collaboration with Data Science teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning in research methodologies.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of professional experience in Market Research, Insights & Analytics, or Data Science.University degree in Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Digital, CRM, and General Management.Expertise in market research methodologies such as segmentation, brand equity, conjoint analysis, price sensitivity measurement, and concept testing.Experience in workshop moderation and stakeholder engagement.Deep understanding and use of qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research methodologies.Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a compelling and actionable way.Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a strategic mindset.Why Join Us
