I am currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned early childhood service seeking a passionate and experienced educator to take on a dual role as Preschool Room Leader and Educational Leader.
This position is ideal for someone ready to lead a room while also guiding and supporting curriculum development and reflective practice across a small, collaborative team.
This close‑knit, community‑focused centre offers a warm and welcoming environment, with strong support from an approachable and invested owner.
The team values input from educators and promotes a culture of respect, growth, and shared purpose.
About the Role
- Lead the preschool room (ages 3–5) and create a high‑quality learning environment based on the EYLF
- Act as Educational Leader, mentoring educators across the service in curriculum planning and documentation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Collaborate with educators to support programming that reflects children’s interests, strengths, and developmental needs
- Work in partnership with families and the wider community to support each child’s learning journey
- Help drive the service’s quality improvement goals and contribute to a strong Assessment & Rating outcome
