Position Overview

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Ermington centre , set to open at the end of January 2026 . This beautiful new service will feature three rooms, providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive.

We are seeking a passionate Diploma Room Leader to join this foundation team. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will lead a room, mentor educators, implement high quality programs, and support children’s growth, curiosity, and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of educators in your room through on-the-floor mentoring and support.
• Plan and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care.
• Build positive relationships with families and support open communication.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to maintain a high-quality service.
