Finance Officer

Maxima is seeking a Finance Support Officer for a short-term assignment with our Local Government client, based on the south side of Brisbane.Commencing as soon as possible, this role will see you working full time hours through to Mid August, paying $36p / h + responsibilties : Validation of supplier account details and supporting documentationScanning and entering all documents required for new supplier accountsSupplier maintenance and creation within the financial systems ensuring strict complianceResponding to internal and external customer enquiries regarding payment terms, tax compliance, business name registrations and invoice paymentsUndertaking any other duties as are reasonably within limit of the employees skills, competence and you : Practical experience in an administrative based role, supporting a finance teamSounds skills in the use of a range of computer applications including the Microsoft suite and TeamsStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh level of attention to applicants must have current Australian working rights. 35AUD Australia - QLDBrisbaneSouthern Suburbs & LoganLogan Central4114
