Key Responsibilities

• Business development for Probio services, including identifying customer needs, promoting antibody discovery, biologics and cell & gene therapy business, enhancing customer cooperation intention and business negotiation;
• LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process management. Active and clear process management to effectively achieve business development goals and risk avoidance; analyze and report corresponding data to optimize work directions in time;
• Effectively coordinate the relevant departments internally for sales and cash achievement, and effectively manage customer expectations and business brands externally;
• Continue to optimize business workflow and pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness;
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings and support local events with branding team;
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategy;
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
