The Role

Working Monday to Friday, you’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio of 180 properties, all located within a short distance from the office. You’ll have the support of a Property Officer and Virtual Assistant, freeing you up to focus on client relationships and high-level management.

You’ll be part of a structured, collaborative environment with dedicated Leasing, Accounts, and Admin support, ensuring your days run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities :

• Manage a clean, organised portfolio of 180 properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee all aspects of property management with team support
• Conduct rental reviews, lease renewals, and routine inspections
• Tribunal preparation and attendance (when required)
• No leasing, ingoings, or accounts — focus purely on client management

About You

You are professional, polished, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. You take pride in your communication, presentation, and ability to deliver first-class service.

You will bring :

• Previous experience in Property Management
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
