About the Role
As an Associate Adviser , you will :
- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and create tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients as their first point of contact.
- Support the Financial Adviser with advice preparation, documentation, and review processes.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge across all areas of financial planning.
- Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings.
- Assist with ongoing service obligations, including the preparation of OSAs and FDS documents.
- Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional services aligned with their goals.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure seamless client service delivery.

You are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and committed to building a long-term career in financial planning. You'll bring :
At least 2 years' experience in the financial advice industry, ideally as an Associate Adviser, Paraplanner, or Client Services Officer.Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment management, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with Xplan CRM systems (advantageous).Excellent organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail.Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.Eligibility to commence or currently progressing toward becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.Tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning, Commerce, or a related discipline.If you're ready to take the next step in your financial planning career and want to join a firm that truly values its people and clients, we'd love to hear from you.
