Job descriptionBenefits; Late-morning start from 3 : 30AM. This bakery has new retarder prover allowing late baking Annual bonus payments Superannuation and Annual Leave Included As a Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for; Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs Working together with other Bakers and the Bakery Manager to ensure a high standard of the product quality and range is achieved Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery Assisting with stock control and production expenses Monitor and control the speed of production for timely preparation and quantity required Providing delightful customer service when required As a passionate baker, you will need to; Be a team player Be comfortable working in a busy production environment Be able to follow processes and work consistently and quickly Have own transportation We would be delighted to hear from you!
