The Opportunity :

• Lead operations across Construction, Scheduling, Estimating, Administration, as well as Drafting and Design Departments
• Monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure targets for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are consistently met or exceeded
• Implement and optimise construction principles to improve processes
• Develop, review, and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and systems for continuous improvement
• Assist with budgets by ensuring financial outcomes are tracked and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Helping deliver proactive solutions for client issues
• Assist the Managing Director as required
