About the Role

As the Nurse Unit Manager 2 Instrument / Circulating you will provide day-to-day operational direction for the perioperative services, ensuring efficient and effective management of the area. You will have an opportunity to shape your own team and be a key driver in promoting growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards
• Assist the Interventional Suite Manager in the leadership and direction of the perioperative services
• Effectively manage human, financial and material resources
• Undertake a hands-on role where required
• Understand legislative requirements, ACORN and sterilisation standards
• Be knowledgeable about accreditation processes and Quality / Risk management
• Work closely with surgeons and anaesthetists to ensure delivery of high-quality care and a strong working relationship

Additional Requirements
