The Role
We are seeking a strategic, people-focused, and outcomes-driven Director, People & Culture (P&C) to lead our P&C function. Reporting directly to the Partner, Corporate Services, this is a key leadership position, responsible for shaping and nurturing our high-performing culture.
In this role, you will effectively balance high level strategic direction-setting with direct ownership & execution of key operational initiatives.
This includes :
- Lead and nurture the People & Culture function through effective leadership and team management.
- Oversee the planning, prioritisation, and execution of P&C activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, learning and development, remuneration & benefits, and performance management.
- Partner with Segment Leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, while mitigating strategic and operational risks.
- Manage the P&C budget, reporting on outcomes and ensuring resources are deployed effectively.
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, in line with Coras values, legislation, and best practice.
- Drive and role model an inclusive and values-aligned culture that empowers people and strengthens Coras’ brand.

7-10 years experience within the People and Culture profession.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within professional services or consulting.Proven experience in helping organisations scale successfully from 50 to 250+ people.Deep understanding of contemporary P&C practices and trends across key areas of the role, such as workforce planning, learning & development, remuneration & benefits, and performance management.Advanced proficiency with business systems and tools, including Microsoft Office and HR technologies.Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.Why Join Coras?
