Leveraging best practice, innovation and redesign principals with an emphasis on improving and maintaining standards to drive the delivery of collaborative customer‑focused outcomes for Cyber Security.

Through continuous evaluation you will drive positive change related to process improvement, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising disruptions to streamline operations of Cyber Security Services.

What you'll do

• Lead and participate in the development and implementation of ICT enabled and business improvement and innovation.
• Develop documentation in consultation with the business, including business cases, requirements, plans, registers, reports and more.
• Undertake complex research, analysis and evaluation to deliver improvements aligned to customer, digital and cyber security.
• Identify and facilitate innovative delivery pathways for achieving Cyber Security strategies and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain ongoing communication and relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Lead the development and implementation of effective change management strategies for continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and effective implementation of initiatives.
• Promote, educate and raise awareness to support the uplift of services by providing insights and verification that information systems and processes meet Federal, State and local security compliance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and cross‑team collaboration for problem definition, ideation, brainstorming and investment logic.
• Facilitate and implement best practice, innovation and redesign principals utilising business process improvement and agile.
