About The Role

Join CPA Australia as a Risk & Compliance Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our risk and compliance frameworks. Reporting to the Manager of Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit, you’ll help shape a culture of integrity and accountability across the organisation.

This is a high-impact role that involves working closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice, and ensuring our practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor compliance obligations and internal controls
• Oversee compliance incidents and ensure appropriate resolution
• Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
• Maintain the organisation’s risk register and contribute to reporting for the Board and Executive Leadership Team
• Liaise with GRC system vendors and drive system improvements
• Promote awareness of governance, risk, and compliance across the business
