Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework, plan and program to address legal and regulatory requirements specific to GROW and the superannuation industry.
• Monitor and interpret regulations and industry standards as they apply to GROW, ensuring timely adaptation and response to regulatory changes.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and key client stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
• Drive GROW’s compliance monitoring and reporting system, ensuring adherence to obligations and effective mapping of compliance controls.
• Assess potential compliance risks and develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans, supporting informed decision‑making across the business.
• Lead compliance incident investigations, reporting, and resolution, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure incident closure and lessons learned.
• Coordinate and participate in compliance audits and testing to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Legal, People & Culture, Learning & Development and Super Operations to provide expert compliance guidance.
• Foster a strong culture of compliance across GROW, championing integrity, accountability, and innovation.
• Advise GROW teams on a range of regulatory and compliance matters, becoming a trusted partner to the business.
