The Role
Join our team as a Package Coordinator – E&M and help deliver one of Australia’s most exciting engineering projects. You’ll coordinate and develop E&M installation and construction packages, ensuring readiness at every stage of delivery. You’ll work with Voith, subcontractors, and FGJV in a collaborative environment bringing world-class engineering to life.
We offer an initial 2-year contract with the possibility of extension. Rosters : 14 days on / 7 days off (FIFO) , or a standard 5 / 2 (DIDO) if located within the Snowy Mountains Region.

About You
You'll bring to the team experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects (Greenfield and Brownfield), underpinned by a recognised tertiary degree in Engineering or Construction / Project Management. You’ll have proven project leadership , a deep commitment to safety , and highly regarded knowledge of E&M installation. Crucially, you must be able to work autonomously , set priorities, adapt quickly to changing demands, and use excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and liaise effectively with all stakeholders, from site teams to external clients. You should be able to work independently and prioritise objectives effectively, adapting quickly to changing demands.
