The Client Service Officer (CSO) is part of the Trustee Services Division, collectively responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable, consistent customer service together with timely estate and trust administration services.

The ideal applicant will therefore possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills and experience dealing with a diverse range of clients, professionals, staff, and community members.
While no former Estate or Trust administration experience is necessary, it is highly desirable if the candidate has worked in the legal or financial sectors. Investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
